Today, Rodney serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation and remains actively involved in strengthening Colorado's business community. In 2025, Rodney and his wife launched the Iris and Rodney Gullatte Foundation, expanding their commitment to service, education, and community impact.
